What a great vacation in an incredible country! We only touched the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what this country has to offer……another trip would definitely we something to think about.
Buenos Aires is a beautiful, big, vibrant city that is busy at all times of the day. There is very much a cafe culture here…..more relaxed and laid back. I don’t know if I could live and work here all the time but a blending of our hectic, work oriented, having all the comforts of life type society and theirs would be a wonderful thing!
There is so much green space here, we really need to take a page out of their book on that one……parks, plazas, treelined streets softens the reallity of the number of people, the traffic, the noise etc.
Markets, shopping, dining, entertainment is in abundance in every neighbour….can you imagine walkiung out your front door and finding not one but two or three reasonably priced fine dining restaurants at the corner of your block? Certainly not where I live….in a big city downtown core maybe…
We had a wonderful trip, seen so much and met some great people, which is one of the best things about traveling.
I’m all packed and ready to go…..I’m sorry to have to leave but at the same time, a month is a long time to be away, so am looking forward to sleeping in my own bed and all the comforts of not living out of a suitcase.
I have lots of pics to go through and will eventually get some of them posted…..
